  1. Return / Replacement / Exchange / Refund Policy

Kavyalipi’s Return policy / Replacement Policy / Exchange policy / Refund (herein after said as “Return request”) is only for a ‘damaged’, ‘defective’ HARD BOOKS. Buyers will be able to return hard books within 03 days from the date of order delivery. If 03 days have gone by since your order delivery date, Kavyalipi cannot offer Buyers a return, replacement/exchange or refund.

In case of Audio and Digital book’s subscription, NO REFUND shall be allowed in any case.

In case of Return / Replacement / Exchange, Commission and fixed fees will not be charged on any buyer.

    1. Return request Raised

Buyers can raise a request for return, replacement/exchange or refund by clicking on the “Return request button activated in the My Order section under My Account, fill the Return request form details, and click on “Submit” button. The “Return request” button will be disabled automatically after 03 days from the date of order delivery.

An email notification has sent to the Seller when a buyer initiates a return request mentioning all the details of return case.

    1. Return Verification and Authorization

The Return verification and Authorization will be managed by Kavyalipi. Once the Return request is received, Kavyalipi verifies the authenticity and the genuineness of the return case for further approval of return, replacement/exchange or a refund. Kavyalipi also notify buyers via email of the approval or rejection of their return request. If the return request is approved, buyers have to take a printout of the Return slip, pasted in the original packaging along with the Invoice, and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Checklist for return pick up:

The following will be checked during return pick-up:

      • Product Authenticity: Name of the hard book, ISBN, etc.

      • Completeness of box: All accessories & accompanying freebies. (if any)

      • Undamaged product: Product should not be damaged due to customer abuse.

      • Packaging: Product’s original packaging must be preserved undamaged.

    1. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify buyer that we have received the returned item. We will also notify buyers of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If refund request approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2.0 Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Buyer

  • Before the item has been dispatched by the kavyalipi, Buyers can cancel the orders at any time. Once the status of the order changed to “Order Shipped”, the cancellation button will be deactivated automatically. No further cancellation will be permitted on “Order Shipped” item. An order Confirmation message will be sent to the Buyers via SMS and to the registered email address.

  • After the order cancelation request accepted by Kavyalipi, the process of refund will be initiated as per the Returns & Refund Policy.
